·               Developed tool to capture Farm and ALP Survey Data (over 300 survey questions) using a mobile device (Tablet/Laptop/ToughBooks) of Tobacco Farmers. Tool has the ability to capture survey data offline and sync to a central system when online. Also generates analytical and dashboards reports for management to assist farmers to grow better quality tobacco more efficiently, recommend use of better fertilizers, create awareness about the ALP code to fight against child labor and how to handle any sickness caused during tobacco curing process.

Third Party Barn Testing ProgramMarch 2013 – June 2013

·               Developed program to capture testing data of the Tobacco barns done by third parties and report to management. This tool mainly reports the quality, type of the barn owned and whether the barn passed or failed the CO2 and NTRM tests (and much more) or not. Based on the barn maintenance and good quality tobacco produced, incentives were paid to farmers.

Imputed Mileage Tracker ToolMarch 2013 – June 2013

·               Designed and developed tool for PMI HR Dept. that captures mileage and calculates the reimbursement amount to pay back employees based on the miles driven monthly and standard gas price as per policy

·               Developed reports to display final payments and workflows to Finance director’s approval. Built in data history storage and audits as well.

GTS Commercial Paper and SWAP Processing ToolNov 2012 – March 2013

·               Developed GTS Automated Application that replaces the manual work for creating journal entries for each Line Item transaction. Using this application PMI Finance users can upload the Transactions file for either commercial paper or swaps for all PMI legal entities and generate the final Journal Entries File. Upon approval, the system has the ability to generate the final text file that will be uploaded into the main SAP R/3 System.

Budget Reporting Tool and GL Connect Reporting ToolMay 2012 – October 2012

·               Developed Budget Reporting tool where user can upload OB Data, RF Data and Actual Data monthly from the SAP R/3 System and generate the various budget reports for PMI Management.

·               Developed GL Connect tool where user can upload PMI Employees payment data monthly from the GL System and generate the various payment reports for PMI Management for legal purposes. Due to sensitive data, it was secured, encrypted and audited as well.

Balance Sheet Forecasting ApplicationJune 2011 – April 2012

·               Developed Balance Sheet Forecasting Application that has the ability for the PMI Finance users to load Monthly Balance Sheet and Income Statement for all the legal PMI Companies. Later the system generates the cash flow aggregates with the forecasted values. Upon Approval, the final Balance Sheet Forecast File is generated and uploaded to the main SAP R/3 System.
